Room service was O.K., but the restaurant was very expensive and the food was not that great.The Breakfast was 5 star and we loved it.On the whole, our stay at Daruish Hotel was O.K. but not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel.
We (two families) stayed for 4 nights in two separate rooms at this Hotel last December. We found it beautiful but snobbish.Pros: Nice location on a high area facing the Persian Gulf. It has two beautiful big gardens which are suitable for walking and enjoing the beauty of pond, fountains and flowers. Hotel was made based on Perspolis architecture so exterior and interior designs (especially lobby) are fantastic. Seaside rooms have a very beautiful view of sea and island.Cons: When watching details it is tinkered. rooms are big but not well decorated. wallpapers are scabbed in some areas.One of the main disadvantages is bathrooms. For a five star hotelt is not good.No attention to details, bad smell and leaking water from battub causes you feel being in a three star hotel.Reception staff are not friendly and somehow are arrogant. Some of reception staff treat you as you are supposed to respect them because they are a five star hotel staff.Although roommate staff were nice. The last day I phoned to ask for a bellboy to transfer our loggages to groundfloor but nothing happened. I phoned four times and finally after half an hour they sent sombody but we were told that because we are late we do not have free transportation service to the airport . We insisted that it was your fault that send the bellboy late. We treated badly by hotel staff at that time although we reobtained our transportation service.If I want to rate the hotel I will say the location deserves five star,rooms three, facilities four and staff and service only one star. Finally I only recommend it for its magnificent view from your window and its atmosphere. But only once.

Just back from Zhuhai/Macau. It was the rainy season, and unfortunately it rained everyday except the last day of our trip! On the last day, when the sun was finally out, we hired a car and spent half a day at Yu Wen Quan. Here are the areas which made Yu Wen Quan stand out:- Cleanliness: its soooo clean that I forget I'm actually in China!- Service: the service staff were very attentive. We were served with drinks, sheltered with umbrella, asked if everything's ok from time to time. - Hot spring: The variety! There's bound to be something for everyone, from the Chinese medicinal, floral, salts etc- Hygiene: The water in the Chinese Herb ponds are being changed every 4 hours! Prob the same for the other ponds. It gives me great assurance!- Security: We left our valuable with the "security boxes". We had to sign our name and write our contact no when depositing the items. We were also given the key to the box. When its time to collect, we were to sign our names and write our contact no. again, with being able to see what was written previously. We would love to go back again, and possible stay for a night or two!

A comfortable, welcoming hotel in the Swat Valley. Set in extensive gardens the Serena has very pleasant and comfortably furnished large rooms in a colonaded anglo-indian style building which has been attractively converted into the best hotel in the valley. We had an 'executive' room with separate dressing room, large well equiped bathroom and windows offering views on two sides, well worth the additional Rps300 compared with a standard double. (Our room was Rps 6500 inc taxes and b/fast)The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are warm (split reverse cycle a/c units) and have free internet, cable TV, coffee/tea making and fridge.The hotel has two, two storey collonaded wings and what looked like a block of motel units at the rear. These appeared to be closed at the time of our visit which was definitely off season. There's what in summer would be a pleasant swimming pool, a small rather tired looking "health club" and the old Wali of Swats residence being restored in the grounds.Service is good, the staff friendly and helpful, the manager very keen to make us comfortable providing little extras like tea on arrival, fruit basket and cakes/biscuits. The restaurant is a bit gloomy, particularly when empty but the food is adequate although not gourmet. There was a chinese buffet theme whilst we were there (it being Chinese New Year) with a reasonable selection, although it got boring by the third night and the attempt to produce a chinese atmosphere in the palled. However, breakfast was good, with attentive staff, the fresh home grown orange juice and home made jams were a nice touch but why cant Pakistanis make decent toast?The Serena is in Saidu Sharif about 3km of the main valley road, quite close to the Swat Museum and some of the early buddhist remains. It's a quiet location far removed from the noise and bustle of the bazaars ar Mingora. There's a small handicraft shop in the hotel which has a reasonable range of local produce (we didnt compare prices) and a very helpful manager who was a font of useful information.

The risks in forex market

As it was mentioned before the trading on the Forex is essentially risk-bearing. By the evaluation of the grade of a possible risk accounted should be the following kinds of it: exchange rate risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk, country risk.
Exchange rate risk

Credit risk
Credit risk refers to the possibility that an outstanding currency position may not be repaid as agreed, due to a voluntary or involuntary action by a counter party. In these cases, trading occurs on regulated exchanges, such as the clearinghouse of Chicago. The following forms of credit risk are known:

1. Replacement risk occurs when counterparties of the failed bank find their books are subjected to the danger not to get refunds from the bank, where appropriate accounts became unbalanced.

Dictatorship (sovereign) risk refers to the government's interference in the Forex activity. Although theoretically present in all foreign exchange instruments, currency futures are, for all practical purposes, excepted from country risk, because the major currency futures markets are located in the USA. St. Pete-Clearwater airport sees increase in traffic

CLEARWATER - St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport reported a 6 percent increase in traffic in April to 86,521 passengers. That's a rare report these days as airports nationwide grapple with a travel decline blamed on the economy.
Year-to-date travel remains 7 percent below the same period a year ago with 318,411 passengers.
But airport director Noah Lagos predicts the Pinellas County-owned airport will finish the year with between 700,000 and 725,000 passengers, nearly flat from the 740,000-plus passengers the past two years, but nearly twice as many as in 2006 and about 100,000 more than in 2005.
"Allegiant Air continues to grow in the market and USA 3000 will continue to grow," Lagos said.
USA 3000, which pulled out from Pinellas in August when fuel prices soared, resumed Pinellas-Chicago service from December through April and currently offers flights to Cleveland and St. Louis.
Allegiant serves 19 cities from the Pinellas airport. Consistent with its strategy of honing its schedule to focus on when and where it can show a profit, it will temporarily curtail service to nine destinations during the slow, local travel season beginning in August and September.
Allegiant reported its planes system wide flew 90.3 percent full in April.
One sign of Allegiant's attention to detail is that officials have told Lagos that although the Pinellas airport plans to install two jet bridges by year's end, Allegiant will continue to use loading ramps that provide quicker passenger boarding and unloading.
SeaCoast Airlines offers flights between Pinellas and Key West. The Beau Rivage Resort provides service to Gulfport-Biloxi, Miss., with Allegiant aircraft.
