Burj Khalifa (Burj Dubai)

Burj Dubai (which in Arabic means "Dubai Tower") is a skyscraper located in the Business Bay district of Dubai and is the tallest man-made structure ever built. Its construction began on September 21, 2004 and as of September 26, 2008, Burj Dubai had reached a height of 707 m (2,320 ft).The final height of Burj Dubai is officially secret because of the competition between other under construction buildings. However some "rumors" says thasat the final height will be around 818 m (2,684 ft) with 162 floors.-->The Burj Dubai Tower was officially opened on January 4, 2010. Its total height is 828 meters (2,717 feet), that means more than 300 meters heigher than Tai-Pei of Taiwan (508 meters / 1,667 feet). The Burj Dubai Tower have a total of 160 floors: 49 for offices, 61 for apartments and 18 reserved for the hotel.
